How the hotel staff always has a smile on their face & surprisingly 'children friendly' the hotel was.
Room service menu became increasingly limited after 11pm

Just a solid selection for a short visit in Batu Ferringhi with attractive and competitive value for money. The private pool was a nice touch, kept away from other patrons. Bring your own snacks, as dining options are a bit limited.

I really enjoyed the nicely decorated and themed room, and the spectacular view of sea n swimming pool. Booked it for usd 900. It was in an ideal location so close to the swimming pool/ theme park where children are screaming and water slides and water fountains. Stayed for 5 days and didn't want to leave, I would stay here again👌😃

would have stayed for longer
The room was spacious with a tv, minibar, and fine hill views from the balcony. The pool area was amazing, perfect for kids with a shallow sandy section. Breakfast included a wide variety of dishes, and the atmosphere around the spa was serene and relaxing. A great place for families.

It is nice to be just staying at the Batu Ferringhi Beach and laze around and do nothing. Excellent with night life and morning activities for the entire family.
It is a bit too far from the city and from the airport.
